Cylindrical Perfume Bottle Inspection on a Rotating Platform
This footage shows cylindrical perfume bottle inspection using a rotating platform followed by close-up manual observation.
The bottle features a short cylindrical body, compact threaded neck, and substantial glass base. Its transparent construction makes both the outer surface and internal glass distribution clearly visible under the surrounding light.
During the inspection sequence, the bottle is positioned upright on a rotating platform. As it turns, different sides of the cylindrical body can be observed continuously without repeatedly repositioning the bottle by hand. This is particularly useful for a round container because rotation provides a complete view around its circumference.
Unlike a grinding operation, the bottle is not shown being pressed against an abrasive wheel for material removal. The rotating setup instead supports glass bottle visual inspection, allowing the surface, body profile, and overall appearance to be viewed from changing angles.
The bottle is subsequently picked up and examined by hand. The close-up view highlights the transparency of the body, the thick glass base, and the consistency of the cylindrical profile.
For a thick base perfume bottle, these visual characteristics contribute strongly to the final appearance of the packaging. The footage therefore provides a straightforward view of perfume bottle quality inspection, combining controlled rotation with manual observation of the finished glass container.
