Automatic Transfer from Forming Equipment to the Conveyor

Different glass jar designs can share the same basic production flow even when their body profiles and proportions vary. This footage shows several jar shapes leaving the forming area and being automatically pushed onto the moving conveyor.

The transfer mechanism guides each newly formed container away from the machine at the correct point in the production cycle. Once placed on the conveyor, the jars continue forward in sequence rather than remaining around the individual forming stations.

The footage also provides a useful comparison of different container geometries being handled by the production equipment. From compact cylindrical jars to designs with different body proportions and contours, each container must transition smoothly from forming equipment to conveyor transportation.

This automated handoff keeps the hot-end production process moving continuously while accommodating different glass jar designs.
