Glass Bottle Conveyor Transfer at the Annealing Lehr Exit
This footage shows glass bottle conveyor transfer as formed containers move away from the annealing area and continue toward downstream production.
Unlike the orange-hot vessels visible earlier in the manufacturing process, the bottles here have returned to their clear appearance. They travel from what appears to be the annealing lehr exit along a narrow conveyor before reaching a change in direction.
At the corner, guide rails and a bottle transfer mechanism control the transition between conveyor sections. The bottles are redirected onto the wider mesh belt while remaining upright and separated for continued transportation.
This transfer point connects controlled cooling with the next section of the glass bottle production line, allowing annealed containers to move continuously toward subsequent inspection, handling, or other downstream operations.
