Glass Bottle Packing and Final Batch Preparation
This footage moves into the glass bottle packing area, where finished containers are gathered in large batches and prepared for the final stages of packaging.
Rows of clear glass bottles are arranged closely together beside the conveyor and working stations. At this stage, the containers have already lost the orange glow seen during hot forming, allowing their final transparent appearance and consistent bottle profiles to be clearly observed.
Workers handle and organize the bottles around the glass bottle packaging area, while multiple corrugated cartons are positioned nearby for subsequent packing. The large quantity of bottles shown together also provides a clear view of how finished containers are accumulated and managed after production.
This stage connects finished glass bottle handling with the following glass bottle carton packing process. Bottles can be organized into manageable batches before being placed into outer packaging for storage and transportation, completing the transition from glass forming and production to final shipment preparation.
