Glass Bottle Quality Inspection in the Packaging Area

This footage shows glass bottle quality inspection being carried out in the packaging area after the main forming and finishing processes have been completed. An individual container is held up for close visual observation, making its transparent body, neck, base, and overall profile clearly visible.

During visual glass inspection, operators can examine the finished container for readily visible appearance issues before it proceeds to packing. The clear surface also allows the overall shape and finish of finished glass bottles to be viewed from different angles under available lighting.

Positioning this check within the glass packaging area provides an additional opportunity to identify visible abnormalities before accepted containers move into the final packing workflow.

This stage focuses on finished-product appearance rather than the earlier forming or finishing operations, adding a manual inspection point near the end of the production process.
