Glass Bottle Take-Out from Multiple Forming Sections
This footage captures glass bottle take-out immediately after forming, showing newly formed containers being removed from multiple machine sections and transferred toward the production conveyor.
Several bottles remain visibly hot during this stage. Their orange glow makes different body profiles easy to distinguish, including tall narrow containers, compact rectangular forms, and bottles with more pronounced vertical surface details.
Rather than dropping directly onto the conveyor, each hot container is held by a mechanical take-out mechanism as it leaves the forming section. The synchronized movement helps connect automated glass bottle forming with the next stage of material handling, where the containers continue along the glass container production line.
The wider view is particularly useful because it shows several forming sections operating side by side. Different bottle geometries can be seen undergoing the same hot glass bottle transfer sequence, illustrating how automated handling becomes part of continuous container production after each forming cycle.
