Glass Container Conveyor Transfer for Different Vessel Shapes
This footage shows glass container conveyor transfer immediately after the forming stage, with containers of different shapes and proportions progressing from individual production stations toward the conveying system.
The newly formed vessels still retain an orange glow from hot glass forming as mechanical equipment removes them from their respective stations. The footage reveals different glass container shapes, including wider geometric bodies and more elongated container profiles.
Through automated container handling, each hot vessel is picked up, repositioned, and released into the downstream production flow. Although the containers differ in geometry, the transfer process provides a coordinated connection between forming and subsequent conveyor transportation.
This sequence demonstrates how multiple glass container designs can transition from individual forming stations into a continuous production line before proceeding to later cooling and processing stages.
