Glass Liquor Bottle Forming with a Rounded Body
This footage shows glass liquor bottle forming during the hot-end production stage, capturing the container inside the forming equipment and immediately after it leaves the mold.
The bottle features a compact rounded body, curved shoulders, a narrow neck, and a thick glass base. As the mold opens, the main bottle geometry is already clearly established while the glass remains visibly hot.
The orange glow concentrated around the lower body and base provides a clear view of the bottle’s thermal condition immediately after molding. The following shot shows the newly formed container transferred away from the forming position.
As part of liquor bottle manufacturing, this sequence captures the transition from molding to a recognizable finished bottle shape before subsequent cooling and inspection.
The footage provides a close view of glass bottle molding for a rounded spirit bottle design during industrial production.
