Glass Liquor Bottle Manufacturing Process for a Custom Bottle Design
This footage shows glass liquor bottle manufacturing from the hot-end forming stage to the presentation of the finished glass container.
At the beginning of the sequence, the bottle emerges from the molding equipment while the glass remains visibly hot. The orange glow near the lower body shows the high temperature retained immediately after forming, while the main bottle structure has already taken shape.
The bottle features a compact rectangular profile with rounded edges, a wide body, short threaded neck, and a thick glass base. After forming, the container is placed on a rotating platform to display its overall geometry and surface appearance from different angles.
The final view shows the cooled glass liquor bottle as a finished product. Its transparent body highlights the thickness of the glass, the smooth transitions between surfaces, and the distinctive proportions of the design.
By connecting molding, post-forming observation, and final presentation, the footage provides an overview of liquor bottle production and demonstrates how a unique custom spirit bottle design develops from hot glass into a completed container.
