Glass Vessel Annealing Following Conveyor Transfer
This footage shows the transition toward glass vessel annealing after high-temperature forming. Different vessel shapes, including taller bottles, compact containers, and wider jar-like forms, are positioned on the conveyor as they leave the hot-end production area.
Some vessels still retain a visible orange glow around their bases, indicating that substantial heat remains in the glass. The glass vessel conveyor keeps these differently shaped containers moving in an organized flow toward the next processing stage.
From this point, the vessels proceed toward the annealing area, where a controlled thermal cycle allows the glass to cool progressively rather than undergoing uncontrolled rapid cooling. This glass container cooling process is important for relieving internal stresses created during forming.
The footage therefore captures an important connection in glass manufacturing: different vessel designs leaving hot-end production, traveling together on the conveyor, and progressing toward controlled annealing.
