Glass Vessel Annealing Transfer by Automated Equipment

This footage provides a close view of glass vessel annealing transfer immediately after hot-end production. Newly formed vessels are mechanically picked up and placed onto the wide mesh conveyor that carries them toward the controlled annealing process.

The automated take-out system performs each hot glass vessel transfer while the containers still retain visible heat, particularly around their bases. Once positioned on the annealing conveyor, vessels with different heights and body profiles are arranged together for continuous downstream movement.

This automated glass handling creates a direct connection between the forming equipment and the annealing stage. Rather than relying on manual transfer, the mechanical system repeatedly picks, moves, and places each hot vessel onto the conveyor in coordination with the production cycle.

The sequence clearly shows how newly formed glass vessels transition from high-temperature manufacturing into the annealing process.
