Gourd Shaped Glass Bottle with a Distinctive Curved Profile

This footage captures a gourd shaped glass bottle immediately after forming, while the glass is still hot enough to retain its bright orange glow. The close-up provides a particularly clear view of how an unconventional bottle silhouette takes shape during production.

The design is defined by two rounded sections of different proportions. A larger spherical lower body transitions inward at the center before expanding again into a smaller rounded upper section. This narrow waist creates the recognizable gourd-like silhouette and distinguishes the bottle from conventional cylindrical or rectangular forms.

Above the upper section, a short neck and compact circular opening complete the structure. The combination of continuous curves, two rounded volumes, and a constricted center gives this double round glass bottle a sculptural appearance even without additional surface decoration.

Shown directly during shaped glass bottle forming, the footage demonstrates how body geometry itself can become the main visual feature of a container. For custom glass bottle design, distinctive proportions, curved transitions, neck structures, and unconventional silhouettes can be developed to create more recognizable packaging forms.
