Gradient Perfume Bottle Coating and Spray Finishing Process

This footage shows gradient perfume bottle coating, following clear glass bottles through the spray finishing line to the final colored appearance.

Before coating, multiple bottles are arranged individually on holders and transferred through the processing line. Keeping each container in a controlled position allows the outer surface to be exposed during the subsequent spray application.

The bottles then move into enclosed processing equipment where the perfume bottle spray coating is applied. Unlike a uniform solid-color finish, this process creates a controlled visual transition across different areas of the bottle body.

The finished bottle shown at the end of the footage demonstrates the resulting gradient effect clearly. A deep blue-black tone covers the upper portion of the container and gradually becomes lighter toward the lower section, eventually transitioning into transparent glass near the thick base.

This type of glass bottle color coating changes the visual character of an otherwise clear container without altering its original molded geometry. The transparency retained toward the bottom also allows the thickness and optical appearance of the glass base to remain visible.

By showing the bottles before processing, their movement through the coating equipment, and the final gradient glass bottle, the footage provides a direct view of how spray finishing can be used to create a progressive color effect for perfume packaging.
