Hot Glass Jar Forming and Mechanical Take-Out

This close-up footage captures a large glass jar immediately after the high-temperature forming stage. The wide mouth, rounded shoulder, cylindrical body, and thick base have already taken shape, while the orange-red glow concentrated around the bottom shows that the container remains extremely hot.

Mechanical take-out equipment grips the newly formed jar around its upper section and moves it away from the forming position. The close view makes the transition especially clear: the glass has already developed a recognizable container shape, but has not yet cooled to its final appearance.

The larger body and wide opening also distinguish this jar from several smaller threaded containers shown elsewhere on the production line. This sequence provides a detailed look at how a substantial glass jar is handled immediately after forming before continuing to subsequent stages of production.
