Narrow Neck Glass Bottle Forming with a Rounded Body

This footage shows narrow neck glass bottle forming during the hot-end production stage, with newly molded bottles moving away from the forming equipment while still retaining visible heat.

The bottle features a compact rounded body, curved shoulders, a narrow threaded neck, and a relatively thick base. Its short and full proportions create a noticeably different profile from taller cylindrical or rectangular bottles.

The orange glow concentrated around the lower body and base shows the thermal condition of the glass immediately after forming. At this point, the primary bottle geometry has already been established.

As part of round glass bottle manufacturing, the sequence provides a direct view of the container immediately after molding and before subsequent cooling and inspection.

The footage highlights how glass bottle forming produces a compact narrow-neck design while maintaining its rounded body profile and defined opening structure.
