Perfume Bottle Quality Inspection with Visual and Weight Checks
This footage shows perfume bottle quality inspection through three different checking steps performed on a clear, thick-base glass bottle.
The first stage uses a rotating platform to present the bottle continuously from different angles. As the container turns, its rectangular profile, curved edges, transparent walls, and substantial glass base can be observed without repeatedly repositioning the bottle by hand. This provides a convenient way to examine the overall appearance of the container.
The bottle is then picked up for manual glass bottle inspection. Holding the container directly allows the operator to view the body, edges, neck, and base more closely under the available light. For a transparent perfume bottle, this type of visual observation is particularly useful for checking the overall condition and consistency of the finished glass.
The final stage shown in the video is a glass bottle weight check. The bottle is placed on an electronic scale to measure its actual weight. Weight measurement provides another inspection reference alongside visual examination and can be used as part of the production quality control process.
Together, these three steps demonstrate that perfume bottle quality control is not limited to a single visual check. Rotating observation provides a complete external view, manual inspection allows closer examination, and weighing adds a measurable physical parameter.
The footage therefore provides a concise look at how different inspection methods can be combined when evaluating a finished glass perfume bottle before it moves to subsequent production stages.
