Rectangular Glass Bottle Forming Process After Molding

This footage shows rectangular glass bottle forming during the hot-end stage of glass container production, from molding to the presentation of the finished container.

The bottle features a tall rectangular body, straight side surfaces, a short threaded neck, and a thick glass base. Immediately after forming, the lower section remains visibly orange from the retained heat, showing the high-temperature condition of the glass after leaving the mold.

The container is then transferred to a rotating platform where its shape can be observed from different angles. This allows the overall geometry, base structure, and surface appearance to be viewed before the bottle moves to later production stages.

The final close-up shows the cooled thick base glass bottle with its transparent body and defined rectangular profile. Compared with the hot molded state, the finished appearance makes the relationship between the bottle walls, shoulders, and base structure clearer.

This glass bottle molding footage provides a direct view of glass container production, showing how a geometric bottle design develops from a high-temperature formed container into a finished glass product.
