Rectangular Glass Bottle Transfer from Forming to Conveyor

This footage captures rectangular glass bottle transfer immediately after the high-temperature forming stage. The newly shaped containers retain a strong orange glow, particularly around their thick bases, while their flat walls, rounded corners, and rectangular body profiles are already clearly defined.

Automated gripping equipment handles each container from above and moves it away from the forming position. This hot glass bottle handling step provides a controlled transition between forming and downstream transportation while the containers still retain substantial heat.

Once released, the bottles enter the glass bottle conveyor and continue forward with other newly formed containers. The wider view shows several pieces at different transfer positions, illustrating how automated glass bottle production coordinates take-out, placement, and conveying within a continuous manufacturing sequence.
