Round Shoulder Glass Bottle Forming and Shape Development
This footage captures round shoulder glass bottle forming at two visible stages immediately following high-temperature production. One newly formed container remains intensely orange from retained heat, while another bottle in the foreground has already become substantially clearer.
The design features a short neck glass bottle structure with a relatively small opening and smoothly descending shoulders. Rather than using an angular transition, the curved shoulder bottle profile flows gradually into a rounded, full-bodied lower section.
The glowing container also provides a clear view of hot glass bottle forming before the material loses its visible heat. Its main geometry—including the neck, shoulder transition, body, and base—has already been established as it leaves the forming position.
Showing the same general bottle form at different temperatures makes this sequence useful for observing both the finished geometry and its appearance immediately after hot-end forming.
