Small Black Glass Jars from Forming to Visual Inspection
This footage follows a batch of small black glass jars from automated forming to preliminary manual inspection.
The containers use a compact, low-profile body with a central opening and rounded outer walls. Combined with their small dimensions, these proportions resemble the familiar shape of a traditional black ink glass jar, although the footage does not identify the intended contents.
Their opaque black appearance creates a very different visual effect from conventional clear glass packaging. Light reflects across the glossy surface rather than passing visibly through the body, making the silhouette and exterior finish particularly prominent.
After forming, the black glass containers move along the conveyor before workers pick up individual pieces for close visual examination. During this glass jar visual inspection stage, the operator can observe the overall shape, opening, edges, and visible surface condition of each piece.
Together, the two scenes show the transition from automated production to an initial appearance check, while highlighting the distinctive compact form and glossy black finish of these small glass jars.
